Members need only make one call to AirMed, and our team is set in motion. AirMed’s medical department will coordinate every aspect of the medical or second opinion referral according to the member’s needs.

AirMed works with the member’s current physician, relays all pertinent information about our member and the diagnosis, and provides a referral to a known specialist. “We will even schedule an appointment for a member if that’s what they need,” says Denise Treadwell, AirMed Chief Operating Officer. 

 “We know this is a frightening and life-altering time in someone’s life, and if we can make our member’s journey a little less daunting, then we’ve done our job at the end of the day.”
